Hi friends, I’m back! After a short break, I’m so happy to be writing to you again, and life has been full. First things first: Scott and I got married at the end of March! It was the most beautiful, intimate Spring celebration with family and friends.
What you didn’t see behind the scenes was that I’d also been quietly navigating some lingering health issues. It took me longer than I expected to bounce back, and I had to pause the newsletter to focus on my mental and physical well-being. The biggest turning point? Getting SERIOUS about my sleep. Months of insomnia had completely worn me down, and once I committed to a consistent sleep routine and eating healthy, everything started to shift. I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.
I also made it a mission to explore new spas and wellness spots around the city as a way to unwind and bring my cortisol levels back to earth (they were through the roof).
